Students are reminded that if they are scheduled for prayer and will be not be here at the end of the day, please find someone to take your place.

Good Luck to our JH girls wrestling traveling to Summerland for a 4:00 meet.  Good Luck to our varsity girls wrestling team competing at Neligh-Oakdale at 2:00 this afternoon.  Good Luck to our boys wrestling team competing at Neligh-Oakdale tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. 

Good Luck to our JH boys’ basketball team competing in a tournament at Bloomfield tomorrow.

Congratulations to our boys JH basketball teams on their wins over Randolph yesterday.

Accounting class will report to the office for class to work on your assignment.

For Catholic Schools Week we are assembling gift baskets to show our appreciation for Elgin businesses that support our school.  Each student/family is asked to bring 1 small snack, drink, pack of gum, or anything that would bring a smile to someone!  These items are due by noon today so that baskets may be assembled. 

 

Remember to bring your donations for the Norfolk Veterans Home. If you donate an item, you may have a dress down day on Wednesday of Catholic Schools Week! Requested items: coffee, pre-shave/after-shave, scented body spray, body wash, shampoo, tissues in square boxes, Little Debbie snacks, etc. Give items to your homeroom teacher.”  

Catholic Schools Week begins Sunday with a variety of activities next week to celebrate our Catholic school.
Monday-Celebrating Community (dress as a community worker)
Tuesday-Celebrating Students (dress comfy..no pajamas)
Wednesday-Celebrating the Nation (wear patriotic colors and jeans with donation of 1 item to Veteran’s Home)
Thursday-Celebrating Vocations (Pope John shirt and jeans w/ no holes, etc.)
Friday-Celebrating Faculty, Staff & Volunteers (dress your best)
