Enjoy the Labor Day weekend and classes resume Tuesday.

If you will not be here at the end of the day for closing prayer and it is your scheduled day, please find someone to take your place.

Congratulations to our C, JV and varsity volleyball teams on their wins over Lutheran High Northeast yesterday.

Good Luck to our football team as we host Burwell this evening at 7:00.  “Friday Night Lights” during the game.  Meet State Trooper Ray Johnson from 7:00 until halftime.  The program is to educate the public about the importance of seat belt usage for all ages. He will be parked near the main entrance.  There will be a tee shirt launch between the 1^st and 2^nd quarters and at half time. Gonzaga and Joshua girls are scheduled to clean up after the football game tomorrow night.

One Act tryouts are scheduled for September 3rd, in the library. See Mrs. Klein if this time does not work for you.

Seniors are asked to pay $15 in the office for mailings (transcripts, scholarships, etc.)  This needs to be paid before any transcripts are released to colleges or for scholarships. (Tessa, Quinn, Camry and Harlie)

We are out of chocolate milk in the office until Tuesday.

This year’s Homecoming Dance will be a formal event.  The dance will be held on Saturday, September 20th from 8:00-11:00 p.m. at the KC Hall.  This is for grades 9-12.  Cost of admission is $8.00 per person. 

Miles of Smiles for elementary students will be next Wednesday, September 3^rd at 9:00 a.m.  If you wish to participate please return form/money to your child’s teacher or sign up with link: https://nalhd.sjc1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_eOOQji63oyTedQW   Several forms were turned in at our parent meeting.
