Our Fall Concert will be presented this evening at 7:30 p.m. in the St. Boniface Gym. Enjoy an evening of music and support our fine arts department. If you are unable to attend the concert will be broadcasted live on the Pope John STRIV.TV page.

This week we are celebrating Digital Citizenship Week with a focus on being safe and being kind. Each day there will be a kindness quote in the announcements along with a daily challenge to think about and attempt to complete.
Quote: Kindness. It’s truly one of the simplest ways to connect with one another. It can be exchanged through a smile, a wave, a handwritten note, or a hug. Kindness doesn’t need to cost anything, and it doesn’t’ have to be extravagant.
Challenge: Give high fives (at least 5) to people not in your class/house.
Volleyball team will be dismissed at 2:30 tomorrow.
Congratulations to our JH volleyball team on their 1st place win at the Ewing tournament and to the “C” team on their 2nd place finish at the Neligh-Oakdale tournament all on Saturday.
The FFA Mtg./Supper this Wednesday is at 6:00 and not 6:30 p.m.
The one-act team is looking for a pickup and driver to haul their set to competitions this fall. If you know of someone that is willing to help, please contact the school or Karmen Sauser.
Boone Central Schools & Boone County Health Center are joining up to sponsor a Women’s Self Defense class to be held on Saturday, November 17th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Albion. Females ages 14 and older are encouraged to sign up. Cost is $20 and lunch is provided. Registration deadline is November 12th. For more information, see the poster by Mrs. Schiltmeyer’s office.
