Congratulations to Gavin K. and Elizabeth M. crowned our 2026 Homecoming King and Queen last night.

Congratulations to our football team on their OT win over CWC last Friday.

Good Luck to our JH football team traveling to play Riverside (Spalding) at 5:00 this afternoon.

Good Luck to our C, JV and varsity volleyball teams hosting N-V this afternoon at 4:00 in the St. Boniface Gym.  Student Council members will clean up following the games.

Confirmation class this evening at 7:45 in our Theology room.

One Act sweatshirts are on sale for $30 each.  You will need to contact Mrs. Klein to order them.  The back will be personalized with last name. Orders close October 5th at 10:00 a.m.

After announcements please send all students in 7-11^th to the front hall for a picture.

The formal Homecoming dance will be held on Saturday, October 3rd from 8:00-11:00 p.m. at the KC Hall.  This is for grades 9-12.  Cost of admission is $8.00 per person. If you are bringing a date to the Homecoming Dance that is not a student from Pope John or Elgin Public, please pick up a guest permission form in the office.  It needs to be signed by you, your guest and their parents, and their school administrator.  Guests must be under the age of 21.  Permission forms are due on October 2^nd to the school office.
