Good Luck to our cross country team competing in NVC at Ainsworth this afternoon. Girls begin at 4:00 and boys begin at 4:40. Team members will eat at 11:45 a.m.
JH “B” volleyball team on their win over Riverside yesterday.
The football boys have “Lil Pack Night” tomorrow for grades 3-8th. Come to the EPS Gym to eat with the team after school and then meet at the home end zone at 6:30 p.m. to make a tunnel for the team.
As the weather turns chilly, it’s time for a few reminders about student dress code….
BOTTOMS: Shorts are allowed through Oct. 31. On Nov. 1 – dress code pants are best. Girls may wear dress code skirts. **K-6 girls who have recess may wear leggings underneath the skirt as the days get colder. (leggings: solid color – black, navy, white, tan, grey).
TOPS: Students may wear a plain colored sweater, crew neck sweatshirt or quarter-zip (Pope John or Wolfpack) during school hours. Hoodies are only allowed on special dress-down days. Encourage students to store an appropriate top in their locker for when classrooms get colder. Students are also reminded that each student has two lockers…please put all items in these lockers. Too many items are on the floor in the halls.
Tomorrow is our bake sale and dress down for Annunciation Catholic School in South Minneapolis. Bake sale will begin at 10:00 in the front hall and all items are $1 each. Dress down with appropriate school clothing by donating at least $2 or more per child or $5 or more per family. Funds will be collected in the front hall also. Sponsored by St. Francis House.
