Good Luck to our boys’ basketball team playing in subdistricts at 6:00 this evening in the EPS Gym vs. St. Mary’s. A friendly reminder that everyone must pay if planning to attend the subdistrict game tonight – it is an NSAA event, so Wolfpack passes are not accepted! Game will be live streamed on Hudl TV. White out for the game also.

Lenten Fasting Weekly Challenge: Water Wednesday–fast from all drinks except water (encourage milk for the elementary at lunch). The pop machine is unplugged today and this also includes no chocolate milk at morning break for JH/HS students.

EPS has a 1:00 dismissal this Wednesday and we have a 1:00 dismissal on Thursday (no p.m. bus for our students using EPS services)
Students are reminded that the doors are not unlocked until 7:45 each morning and you should remain by the outside doors until that time.
Fat Tuesday Feast: We will gather as a school this afternoon from 2:20 until 3:00 in the library to prepare our hearts for the upcoming Lenten season. Students will work with prayer partners to create a Lenten promise cross. Also, a reminder that tomorrow is a day of fasting for ages 18 to 59 and abstaining from meat for all age 14 and above unless health reasons does not allow fasting. Fasting includes no snacks between meals, and the pop machine will not be available.
Tomorrow for our Mass we will use the following seating:

Congratulations to our speech students on their accomplishments at the Burwell Meet on Saturday. The OID of Aiden K., Camry K., Tessa B., Brooke K., and Matthew K. were meet champions, bringing home the gold! Earning 3rd place in serious prose was Raaf K.. Also medaling in serious prose was Reese S. with 4th place. Kinley D. brought home 4th place in humorous prose, Jovie B. medaled at sixth place in POI, and Lillian M. brought home the sixth place medal in poetry. Receiving superior ratings were: in duet, Aiden K. and Brooke K., also in duet Matthew K. and Christian P., and Harlie T. in both poetry and informative.

Musical auditions will be held now until Friday in the music room from 4-5:00 p.m. Students may also use the outside music room door. For more information or alternate audition times, students should see Miss Orcutt. Character sheets are posted in the high school hallway for students interested in learning more about each role. Audition requirements: all speaking roles will include a short character reading from the script. Students auditioning for a lead role should prepare 30 seconds – 1 minute of a musical theatre song (verse & chorus). Karaoke tracks are welcome.
