Good Luck to our JV boys and varsity basketball teams hosting CWC this afternoon at 5:00 in the EPS Gym. JV boys will play 2 quarters.
Musical auditions will be held Tuesday – Friday (February 10th – the 13th) in the music room from 4-5:00 p.m. Students may also use the outside music room door. For more information or alternate audition times, students should see Miss Orcutt. Character sheets are posted in the high school hallway for students interested in learning more about each role. Audition requirements: all speaking roles will include a short character reading from the script. Students auditioning for a lead role should prepare 30 seconds – 1 minute of a musical theatre song (verse & chorus). Karaoke tracks are welcome.

Congratulations to our speech students placing at the West Holt Meet on Saturday: Placing 7th in varsity OID were Aiden K., Camry K., Tessa B., Brooke K., and Matthew K.. 4th in varsity duet was Aiden K. and Brooke K.. Receiving superior ratings in varsity competition were Reese S. in serious prose, Harlie T. in poetry, and Jovie B. in POI and receiving superior ratings in novice competition was Raaf K. in serious prose.
Congratulations to our girls’ wrestling state qualifiers: Libby E. placed 2nd and Anna D. 3rd at districts last week.

Good Luck to our boys’ basketball team playing CWC tonight at 6:00 p.m. in the St. Boniface Gym.
Students in grades 7-12: we need your help! If you are available to clean up tonight after the basketball games, please sign up on Mrs. Schiltmeyer’s door by noon. If you missed your cleanup date, this is your last chance to make it up! If not enough students volunteer, you will be randomly assigned. Entry to the basketball games tonight will be through the north doors only. The Wolfpack student section will be on the stage tonight at the games. Students are reminded that they need to stay seated in the bleachers or on stage and should not be running back and forth during play.

“A Salute to Veterans” will be held today during our basketball games with free Admission for all Veterans. The Elgin VFW Auxiliary Post #5816 will be collecting items to be donated to the Norfolk Veterans Home: examples Coffee, pre and after shave, body spray/body wash for both men and women, shampoo, Kleenex, snacks, cash.
