Thursday P. 4 the 6,7 & 8th graders will set up chairs for the music concert. P. 7 choir students will take music equipment/speakers, etc.
The Student Council Mtg. scheduled for Thursday is being postponed. Mrs. Borer will inform you of a rescheduled meeting.
HS JAM’s are this evening beginning at 6:30. Plan to arrive 30 minutes early, dress up & bring your artifacts.
Tami Kester will be in the EPS DL rm. on Monday, May 15 from 7:30 a.m. -3:00 p.m. to do Impact Testing for athletes going into grades 7/9/11.
If you are attending the Youth Conference @ Steubenville this summer and would like to apply for a $50 scholarship through the Bargain Box, please come to the office for an application if you did not get one. They are due to the office by May 4th.

TEC is scheduled for July 14-16 at Tintern Retreat Center for current sophomores and juniors through age 23. Registration forms are available in the school office. If you have questions, please call or text Terry Reicks at 402-741-0165.
Gratia Retreat for young girls will be held at Tintern for incoming 4-7th graders July 18-19. Legion of Joseph Retreat for young boys will be held at Tintern for incoming 5-7th graders July 12-13. Registration forms are available in the office.
Post prom meeting Thursday, May 11, at 6:30 p.m. in the EPS lunchroom to discuss post prom for next year. At least one parent for current sophomores should attend. Current junior parents are welcome to help explain responsibilities including the Boone County Fair clean-up.
Mike Dvorak has volunteered to do some outside lawn work at the Elgin City Library. If any students would be willing to help him, please let Brenda know if the office ASAP.
