The Elgin FFA Chapter has been completing a December service project every for the past few years. This year the members have decided to collect items for military persons deployed. Operation Shoebox embraces a mission of providing hands on support for our troops deployed overseas. It is the mission of Operation Shoebox to meet the needs of every hero with dignity and appreciation.  If you would like to donate goods for this project click here for a list of items:  You may give your items to one of the FFA officers mentioned in the link (or any FFA member) or leave in the school’s offices. All items need to be brought prior to December 12th, so we can ship them out in a timely manner before Christmas.
