Congratulations to our D1-7 champion volleyball team on their win over Elkhorn Valley last night.  We will play on Saturday TBD.

Livestock judging FFA members —reminder the bus leaves EPS tomorrow morning at 7:15 for Bassett. Bring a sack lunch and/or money. We will make a quick stop in O’Neill on the way home and should be back for 7th and 8th periods so plan ahead!

Congratulations to our volleyball team on their win over O-C  last night in D1-7 subdistricts.   Good Luck as we travel to Norfolk Catholic to play Elkhorn Valley this evening at 7:00.  The bus will leave at 4:50 this afternoon from EPS.

Fifth Graders Put Life Science in Action

The 5th grade students finished Life Science with Mrs. Starman last week. The last two weeks of the quarter were spent demonstrating their understanding of the science standards. The students did this by creating a model that showed the flow of energy and the cycling of matter in a food chain. They worked hard and did a great job!

Join us for the Tonic Sol-fa Concert this evening at 7:00 in the St. Boniface Gym.  Tickets are $20 for all ages.

One Act cast members received 10 tickets (per family) they are required to sell for our upcoming Dinner Theatre to be held on Saturday, November 17th.  Ticket deadline is Wednesday, November 7th.

Students-please check your grades on Sycamore to make sure they are all posted.  If you are missing a grade please see the teacher as we will be doing honor roll and don’t want any grades not figured in.

Good Luck to our volleyball team as we host NVC tonight in the St. Boniface Gym.   EPPJ vs. N-V 5:00 p.m.  with games to follow.  Admission prices for NVC tournament games on Monday are $5 for adults and $3 for students.  All Wolfpack students will have to pay the $3.  No passes will be accepted.  Joshua girls, Isidore boys and Francis boys will clean up after the NVC volleyball games on Monday night at our gym.

The Elgin Library is hosting a “Pumpkin Decorating Party” for JH and high school students on Sunday, October 21st at 4:00 p.m. at the library.  Pumpkins will be provided.  They also invite students in kindergarten through 6th grade to join them for a “Hayride” on Sunday, October 21st at 2:00 p.m.  There will be the hayrack ride, Halloween story, craft and trick or treat goodies.  RSVP to the library.
