We will have a pep rally this afternoon at 3:00 in the St. Boniface Gym for our girls’ basketball team. Eliza, Kaitey, and Olivia are dismissed at 2:40 p.m. to help with the pep rally today. The game will be broadcast on KBRX 102.9.
**There will be a fan/student bus going to Lincoln on Wednesday to cheer on the Lady Wolfpack. Wolfpack students in grades 7-12 interested in riding need to *sign up in the school office & pay $5 by noon today to ride*. There must be at least 25 for the bus to make the trip. Tickets for the basketball game must be purchased online separately.
High School Youth Group will be held once again for 9-12th graders this Sunday, March 5th for new or returning students. Either way, just show up from 5-8:00 p.m. at Tintern Retreat Center and enjoy Sunday Mass and a meal. The topic this time is “Relational Prayer”. MEETING CHANGE: We are rescheduling the track meeting to TUESDAY, MARCH 7th, after school in Mrs. Moser’s room for all students interested in going out.
Emily Borer will be here today after lunch for anyone wanting to rent a tux through Roxi’s Elegant Bridal. She will need a $40 deposit-cash or a check made out to Roxi’s Elegant Bridal. Renters are responsible for picking up the tux in Norfolk 2-3 days prior to prom but Emily will return them on Monday, March 27th if they are brought to the office by 8:30 a.m.
Current sophomores, juniors and seniors are invited to the upcoming TEC Weekend, March 18-20 at Glad Tidings, Bloomfield. This intergenerational movement helps youth transition into young adulthood. TEC draws participants into the heart of the Catholic faith: Christ’s Paschal Mystery (His passion, death, and resurrection) lived out in the Church while also reflecting on the person of Christ and who He is in their lives, and experience meaningful relationships with others.
