After a long day at NVC on Monday, our speech team returned home with eight medals! Ally earned 4th place in Entertainment Speaking in a field of 18 other speakers. Linus came in 4th in Extemporaneous speaking with 12 other speakers competing. Alyssa earned the 8th place spot in Persuasive speaking with 14 others in her event. Last, the Oral Interpretation of Drama group consisting of Conor, Skylar, Emily, Bre and Brynn earned the 3rd placed spot in a category with twenty-one other groups.
