Guidelines for football game at High Plains: Masks are not required but strongly encouraged. Please sit in family groups and allow 6 feet between groups when possible and sit in every other row of the bleachers. Young children will not be allowed to play in the grass area surrounding the field, they need to sit with their family groups. Visiting teams will use the west sideline for fans.

*Restrictions on Fans: *-Highly encouraged to wear masks and practice social distance when seating. -Family groups are encouraged to sit together. -Elementary students are expected to sit with their parents, no running around will be allowed. -Parents and fans are expected to exit the facility immediately after the conclusion of the competition. -Seating will be marked. -The student section will be for current 7-12 EPPJ students only! No out of town students or graduates will be allowed. *Concessions:* Concession stand will be available. * Game Attendance:* Social distancing, according to health district for capacity (75%) *Facility:* Facility will be split to separate visiting fans and teams from intermingling.
*Coaches / Athletes: *-During competition, the sideline/bench/team areas will be restricted to essential personnel only. This includes players, coaches, team trainers, team managers, game officials, statisticians, and media. -Teams will use the same bench throughout the competition. -No team meals allowed to be brought in, warmed, served, etc. *Elgin Public and Pope John reserve the right to make changes to these guidelines based on updated Directed Health Measures. Good Luck to our volleyball team as we travel to play Chambers. JV will begin at 6:00 p.m. followed by varsity. Bus will leave at 4:15 p.m. *This is a change – Fans will be allowed to come through the activity entrance as well (northwest corner) instead of having to come in on the stage. EPPJ fans will be seated on the south side of the main bleachers only under the big Guest sign. (This changed as we were going to have them on the stage). Chambers students will be allowed to come sit on the stage only. EPPJ restrooms will be to the south through the hallway. Restrooms will be marked. At this time, we are still not doing concessions. We will be streaming the games off our YouTube channel.

Team is dismissed at 2:15 p.m. and managers at 2:50 p.m. Masks are required for everyone except for players and coaches while participating. Visiting fans will sit in the east bleachers and immediately following the conclusion of the game they will be asked to exit the gym through the southeast doors. Parents may talk to their athletes outside of the school.
