We are still missing several forms that were mailed out in a packet. Check to see if they are at home and return them ASAP. Several NSAA activity forms are also missing. Our school nurse will be here Wednesday to begin health screening. Students are asked to wear their masks for the screening. They also need to wear their glasses/contacts for screening as well.
